-> The Relocation
Prior to your arrival, we will monitor the arrival of your
possessions through your selected removalists. We will co-ordinate
your accommodation plans, ensure all essential services are
connected and confirm that your accommodation is ready for
your arrival.
On the day of your arrival – with partner and /or family
– First Contact Relocations will greet you and escort
you to your new home. We will review the relocation plan and
determine whether any alterations or additions need to be
made. We will provide you with an intensive orientation presentation
for the whole family and ensure that you have daily support
and mentoring services, either through direct contact with
First Contact Relocations or via the web based Client Resource
Centre.
When it comes to arriving in a new city, everyone in your
family counts! Our support program is designed to fit in with
your schedule.
Typically, we would assist you with the following:
- Commuting arrangements for school and work, arranging
motor vehicles including all driving licence requirements,
arranging access to key health services, establishing your
banking and business needs, introductions to community,
sporting and and leisure groups, organizing pets and familiarization
with local shopping facilities, entertainment and local
tourism options.
